weiss jemand, wie ich es schaffen kann, dass Java Apps (z.B. meine skype App) bei Eingabe in Textfelder die Qwertz Tastatur benutzen?

Ich hab die Auflösung bereits so gedreht, sodass die eigentliche App im Querformat erscheint, trotzdem bekomm ich als Tastatur nur die 9-0 Tastatur oder halt Handschrift...
