Die Umschalttaste funktioniert nicht mehr..Woran kann das liegen??

Wenn ich auf das foto zeichen drücke kommt nur Videocam.. ich kann nicht auf das normale Foto umstellen auch wenn ich den schalter verschiebe und kann es auch nicht aufs wiedergeben der fotos umschalten.

Kann ich es irgendwie auch ohne schalter aufs foto umstellen??
