I'm profoundly physically disabled. I picked my LG GM750 up on Tuesday from Ramsgate Vodafone store. I took it home and tried to connect it to the LG PC Suite by bluetooth on both of my pcs, it would not connect. On Wednesday my carer phoned LG, they went through everything, they said that it might be a phone. Yesterday afternoon I got my pc all ready and went to Ramsgate. The girl with coloured hair did not really want to know, and hardly touch the phone. She said go home and email the online services and asked for a exchange because I ordered it online. What a waste of time! I went to the Ramsgate for help. I only got carers for limited time. I do understand that not many customers have technical issues like me, but I wanted someone to look at the phone, if broken, then phone the online services. I did not know that if I ordered a phone on the vodafone's website, then I have to arrange for a exchange online. I could have been lying just to get a replacement, Vodafone would not have know, because vodafone did not look at my phone properly. I'm glad to say that I'm not lying unfortunately! If you are able to, then I would be very grateful if someone could check that the LG GM750 can connect to the LG PC Suite 3 please? Thanks and God bless, Tony
