kanne es sein das deine Sim Karte defekt ist?

Sobald ich auf Kontakte gehe kommt entweder Sim initialisieren, es lädt kurz aber findet keine Kontakte oder das Handy geht aus und fährt neu hoch.
Habe das Handy schon eingeschickt aber das Problem bleibt.
