wollte mal fragen ob meine Kamera defekt ist oder ob es an meiner Software (version 10a)liegt

wenn ich die Kamera einschalte ist alles verschwommen kann hin und her zoomen,alles auf Automatikeingestellt es bleibt alles verschwommen
